職位描述：1. 準(zhǔn)備機(jī)械（暖通，動(dòng)力）系統(tǒng)方案，對(duì)系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性，可靠性進(jìn)行比較包括圖紙方案。2. 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目暖通動(dòng)力的方案的設(shè)計(jì)。3. 準(zhǔn)備暖通與動(dòng)力專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)文檔，并與設(shè)計(jì)院溝通完成相關(guān)專業(yè)的施工以及報(bào)批文件。4. 需要準(zhǔn)備相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)文件，以及相應(yīng)的報(bào)價(jià)文件。5. 為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試提供技術(shù)支持。6. 為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理提供技術(shù)支持。7. 在項(xiàng)目上與業(yè)主，項(xiàng)目管理團(tuán)隊(duì)，供應(yīng)商等完成設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)告。任職要求：1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械、暖通相關(guān)專業(yè),建筑環(huán)境與設(shè)備工程。2. 有3年以上的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。3. 有（醫(yī)藥）建筑經(jīng)驗(yàn)和設(shè)計(jì)院工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。4. 熟練的電腦知識(shí)， 能有效的操作Office與CAD英文版軟件。5. 有強(qiáng)烈的敬業(yè)精神和責(zé)任感, 有良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。工作地點(diǎn)在上海。備注：職位描述僅作為該任職崗位的部分職責(zé)描述，具體以上崗后的具體工作為準(zhǔn)。Key Job scopeReview mechanical specifications to evaluate energy efficiency or determine economic, service, or engineering feasibility.Execute concept & detail design such as design drawings, design calculations, system layouts and sketches, or specifications.Prepare mechanical drawings mainly in HVAC and utility system and cross check with other disciplines and coordinate on the LDI to ensure design verification and approval are carried out in accordance with company and project procedures and requirement.Participate in technical specification & work-scope preparation of tendering document as well as the bidding evaluation.Participate in site testing & commissioning work.Provide on-site support to construction.Interfacing with clients, venders, project management team and other disciplines to ensure the highest level of service is providedRequirementsThe prospective candidate should have at least 4 years experience in building HVAC system design including hydronic systems and system controls, and/or modelling of building and its systems including HVAC systems and/or CHP systemsCapabilities in HVAC system design, building system modelling, computational simulations, and dynamic system analysis are required. Some experience with system identification, control system architecture, and algorithm development is required.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Major in HVAC).Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.Working experience in DI, and have knowledge of clean room will be an advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese is a MUST.Extensive knowledge of Chinese local regulatory requirements and standards.Provide high quality solution for customer and work in an efficient and timely manner.Accountable for results with proactive attitude.Creative, self-motivated, actively participate in specific initiatives and promote positive company culture.
