圓盤出灰機(jī)是現(xiàn)代機(jī)械化石灰豎窯中主要設(shè)備之一，在石灰生產(chǎn)中，出灰的過程對成品灰的質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)量至關(guān)重要。我公司結(jié)合國內(nèi)石灰窯的生產(chǎn)狀況，研制了幾種不同型號的圓盤出灰機(jī)，wd100-200系列圓盤出灰機(jī)，出灰時(shí)爐內(nèi)物料均勻下降，料面不偏斜，并且在出灰過程中不破損塊狀石灰，能高質(zhì)量的、準(zhǔn)確的全自動(dòng)化進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)。特別是近兩年推出了新型高效率，長壽命，易維修的新產(chǎn)品，檢修時(shí)無需停產(chǎn)卸灰便可更換全部傳動(dòng)裝置零部件。經(jīng)過全國幾十座窯爐長期使用，性能穩(wěn)定，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)良好，受到用戶一致好評，該產(chǎn)品主要由電動(dòng)機(jī)，減速器，傳動(dòng)軸，轉(zhuǎn)盤，刮刀等件組成。
