概述：

    往復(fù)式出灰機(jī)又稱托板出灰機(jī)，主體為一對(duì)對(duì)稱分部的篦板小車，通過傳動(dòng)裝置沿固定軌道作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，托動(dòng)成品石灰落入爐底料斗內(nèi)。這種出灰機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、重量輕、容易制造：但其出灰均勻性差，托板兩側(cè)易造成死角，調(diào)解不及時(shí)時(shí)，易造成焙燒帶傾斜，對(duì)下來的粘結(jié)料塊起不到破碎作用，且托板箱體面積較大，不易密封，容易造成底部漏風(fēng)而影響爐內(nèi)氣流分部和環(huán)境污染。    

在70年代設(shè)計(jì)和建造的石灰窯中，相當(dāng)一部分使用這種出灰設(shè)備，因后期維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)較為復(fù)雜，故障率高，需要人工多注意設(shè)備狀態(tài)。

目前國內(nèi)石灰窯已經(jīng)基本不選擇該類設(shè)備。
